The Program Leader will support the IFS strategy, working closely with the GM - Business Development, to support division short and long-term plans and practices. The successful candidate will support the divisional team with annual strategy reviews and interface with all areas of IFS and cross-divisional teams, as needed, to assist the GM with the development and implementation of initiatives to improve IFS operations, customer service, employee satisfaction, safety and financial performance.
Leads the development, implementation and completion of key divisional projects, under the direction of the GM - Business Development and the IFS leadership team.
Assesses/diagnoses business opportunities.
Creates business cases to support strategic direction and facilitate change management activities; provides assistance and support in the identification and prioritization of action items and solutions.
Develops effective communication and interpretation of complex operational strategic vision and methods for a "non-technical" audience
Assists the GM in building divisional strategic plans and project management of those plans to positive outcomes; adjusting where necessary.
Leads complex projects entailing frequent interface with senior level individuals; supports the consolidation of annual divisional plan.
Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience in a related field required; Masters level degree preferred
3 - 5 years of relevant business experience required
Airline or equivalent experience a plus
Must have a passion for improving processes and identifying new solutions; strategic and innovate thinker
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; excellent relationship-building skills required, with an emphasis on seeking input and understanding concerns of other stakeholders
Must have strong performance track record
Project management skills experience
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, handle time constraints and manage shifting priorities
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
