Manage and optimize all aspects of the end-to-end catering domestic and international supply chain, including:
process development, implementation and compliance,
supply management systems assessment and program implementation and oversight,
distribution logistics including multi-party (internal and external) coordination, communication and accountability;
ongoing and detailed supply usage analysis, reporting and response planning, and relentless focus on cost control.
familiarization with customs procedures and handling of bonded goods in foreign locations
Provide strong leadership and communication internally and externally to champion area improvements and adoption of critical changes to process and systems applications
Build relationships with key stakeholders including kitchen management counterparts and customs brokers
Create a team culture of efficiency and cost reduction with all supply chain participants
Develop and drive analysis and process to enable and deliver key performance metrics and regular, in-depth reporting of those KPIs
Usage trends, stockouts, distribution costs, kitchen inventory compliance and audit results, write downs, equipment aging
Work closely with catering operations team, cargo, supply and customs brokers in transactional functions of supply movement and monitoring of distribution
Work closely with procurement and internal supply teams on equipment vendor activity and performance, HA-owned supply distribution and process improvement
Work closely with kitchen vendors to manage supply usage, optimize distribution, eliminate stockouts and ensure compliance of defined inventory levels
Align supply ordering, distribution and management processes across the product development department
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years’ supply chain management experience
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Ability to direct or formulate required analytics for reporting and decision-making, highly adept in Excel
Positive attitude and demonstrated tenacity; exceptional professionalism
Highly motivated team player
