The Program Manager, Payroll & HRIS will manage Envoy's outsourced payroll provider and will lead in the selection and implementation of a new payroll & HRIS solution. This individual will identify requirements, best practices and processes to perform payroll & HRIS operations for approximately 15,000 employees. Envoy's employee base is comprised of 10 workgroups, including Representation from 3 Unions. This individual will represent the Payroll department and HRIS planning for Envoy in cross-departmental work groups.
The Program Manager, Payroll & HRIS will be the conduit for all Envoy departments for any payroll related requests/inquiries to our outsourced provider. They will also ensure regulatory and company policy compliance with our payroll vendor. They will plan and oversee the management of various HRIS projects and initiatives for Envoy ensuring the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
