In your role, you will:

- Coordinate the shared services roadmap for the Logistics and Customer Services functions;
- Develop and take ownership of the governance to deliver the projects
- Conduct project impact analysis, onboard key project stakeholders and assess change readiness;
- Develop detail plans for each transfer initiative, together with the Business Units and the Shared Service Centers (SSC);
- Support the definition of Statement of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each transfer;
- Coordinate standardization of processes across different sites – mainly related to purchasing processes.
- Identify the key risks of the project, including mitigation / reduction plan;
- Develop toolbox to enable each functions with their transfer projects;
- Ensure best practices are followed for each shared services project to accelerate financial return;
- Drive execution of transfer initiatives by leveraging existing SSC capabilities;
- Report on transfer project adherence to plan and operational performance with key performance indicators (KPI);
- Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners.

*This role is based in Montreal and may require quarterly traveling in countries where Bombardier is present.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a university level training (Engineering/Project management, Administration);
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Logistics -Purchasing department;
- You have extensive experience with process and value stream mapping;
- You have strong communication & project management skills;
- You have the ability to influence others to move toward a common vision or goal;
- You have experience/interest in managing external partnerships;
- You are flexible and adaptable;
- You are bilingual, French & English - spoken and written;
- You master Office suit (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP and PMP (assets).
