Project Manager responsibilities:
The SkyMiles Co-Brand team is looking for a Project Manager who can accelerate the growth of the credit card portfolio. You will help develop a long term strategy to drive revenue and margin growth, while also increasing Card Member satisfaction and engagement. You will also:
Gain a deep understanding of the credit card industry, the key players, and shifting landscape in how customers use card products
Develop strong relationships with external and internal partners to drive towards a common goal
Present and recommend strategies and execution plans for SkyMiles leadership on an ongoing basis
Create and constantly improve the financial and forecasting models for the portfolio's P/L
Drive continuous improvement for the team's analytical and reporting capabilities

The Co-Brand Card Strategy team resides within the Customer Engagement & Loyalty (CE&L) division. By being part of the CE&L team, team members get in-depth visibility into five different businesses: the SkyMiles Program, SkyMiles Partnerships, Airline Partnerships, Delta Sky Club, and Customer Insights & Analytics.
This position is located in the Atlanta headquarters and requires infrequent travel.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or related field and 3+ years of work experience in a similar capacity required.
MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.
Strong consumer banking experience preferred. Experience in loyalty programs and partnership marketing a plus.
Outstanding quantitative and communication skills, with experience articulating complex quantitative and strategic initiatives to leadership teams.
Must be skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAS and Hyperion/Brio preferred.
Must be a self-starter with high degree of intellectual curiosity.
Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight, while also excelling in a team environment.
