Currently, we're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Leader to manage Marketing and Card Member Engagement for the SkyMiles Co-Brand Credit Card Team.

Additional career benefits of being part of this team: The SkyMiles Co-Brand Team resides within the Customer Engagement & Loyalty (CE&L) division. By being part of the CE&L team, team members get in-depth visibility into five different businesses: the SkyMiles Program, SkyMiles Partnerships, Airline Partnerships, Delta Sky Club, and Customer Insights & Analytics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support our existing Card Members. Realms of responsibility include product development and positioning, mass advertising, member engagement (ex: events, philanthropic efforts), and customer communications and promotions. Critical job functions include communications planning, creative development and review, cross-channel campaign execution, measurement and reporting, budgeting and billing, and preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations across the Delta and American Express organizations.
Position serves as the day-to-day counterpart for our American Express colleagues, working in close partnership on all initiatives. Partnership with internal Delta teams, such as CE&L, Marketing, Legal, and Regional teams, also required. Position manages multiple agency and third party partners. Requires some domestic travel. Role is based in Atlanta.

Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well independently as well as within a group. Must be customer-focused with the ability to strategically balance customer and business demands.
Bachelor's degree with major in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or relevant focus area
At least 3-5 years relevant work experience or MBA/Master's with 2+ years of relevant work experience
Marketing, airline or banking experience required. Experience in loyalty programs and partnerships preferred
Basic knowledge of all facets of Delta Air Lines and the airline industry
Internal candidates must be performing satisfactorily in current position
Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
