Experience leading Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives

Knowledge of manufacturing and assemblies

Experience with SAP, proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

Preferred Qualifications

Masters’ degree in Business Administration

Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification

CPM, CSCP certification or equivalent

Negotiations and/or contracts experience a plus

Knowledge of aerospace structures and associated commodities
