ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. Pending contract award, we will have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to support work in Pt. Mugu, CA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Provide decision-quality verifiable data products to support weapons system test programs * Develop and coordinate quality assurance plans, programs, and processes to ensure achievement of quality assurance requirements across organizational lines for aerial and surface target systems and products that require complicated work processes * Identify critical Quality Characteristics (QCs), which are essential to a variety of complex aircraft and surface craft products/processes * Evaluate aircraft /rocket engine, surface craft and component operations, procedures, and products through periodic audits and surveillance audits to ensure they are in compliance with requirements and regulations * Responsible for providing oversight for the development and maintenance of products and services in support of Range Test and Training Events and for quality programs comprised of documented, repeatable, verifiable processes * Develop quality program modeled on recognized standards and best practices that are relevant to their respective deliverables * Participate in the Aircraft Signatures & Avionics Measurements (ASAM) Branch Quality Assurance Process (QAP), the Range Data Quality Focus Team and Process Team meetings. * Provide general technical, administrative and managerial support for Data Quality meetings and activities * Complete assigned tasking in IAW with mutually agreed upon time schedules with the Team Leader and managers * Assigned tasking includes recurring activities such as completion of Range Systems Accuracy Evaluations (RSAE) analysis and deliverables, providing all documentation using agreed upon Configuration Management practices * Develop plans, procedures, instructions, and techniques for the Quality Assurance Program, such as: * Modifying existing instructions and procedures * Performing statistical analysis of Quality data * Providing assistance in preparing and maintaining Quality characteristics by performing research and analysis of standards * Conducting quality assurance studies and developing sound recommendations for corrections and improvements in an assigned program Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; 5+ years of experience as a Navy Quality Assurance Manager can take the place of the education requirement * Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience with QA procedures, with the ability to conduct internal audits and review corrective actions Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
