Oversees the development of radar systems. – Provides technical assistance to solve engineering, logistics, and production related Radar issues. Assists in the preparation and development of program documentation to include: Memorandum of Agreements, Statements of Work, Performance Specifications, Technical Manuals and Acquisition Requirements Packages. Provides on-site testing support for the radars at Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) and Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Assists in the generation of Acceptance Test Shot Matrix.
