Summary/Objective:  
Job responsibilities of the Ramp and Supply Coordinator include but are not limited to preparing for daily passenger load activity and group passenger movements; facilitating a professional passenger gate check; distributing supplies and services to MSP and outstations; providing inter-office delivery service between SCA facilities; assisting with final flight paperwork; and reporting incidents of service or operational irregularities.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Review of latest Security Directives and Lists.
  • Prepare for daily passenger load activity
  • Prepare for daily special passenger information
  • Prepare for daily group passenger movements
  • Prepare for daily operational, loading, catering and cleaning of SCA aircraft
  • Facilitate a professional passenger gate check, and sensitive luggage
  • Facilitate the processing of passengers with special needs
  • Facilitate Group passengers
  • Facilitate boarding, turning, and gate procedures for departing aircraft
  • Facilitate supplies and services to outstations
  • Facilitate the safe and prompt ramp service activity.
  • Facilitate departmental mail drop to HDQ.
  • Facilitate operational supplies for HHH terminal
  • Fix and or repair wheel chairs at HHH terminal
  • Assist with final flight paperwork
  • Assist with Off-Gate deicing
  • Other special projects as assigned
  • Reporting incidents of cleaning and catering failures
  • Reporting incidents of operational service failures
  • Station Controllable OTP
  • Must start 40 shifts per quarter to be eligible for flight benefits.

Required Education and Experience:
 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with 2 years college.
  • 2 years,  airline customer service and ramp experience
  • Available to work varying shifts.
  • Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
  • Capable of routinely lifting 70 pounds
  • Qualified candidate must pass a criminal history background check
  • Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines
