Summary/Objective: Job responsibilities of the Ramp and Supply Coordinator include but are not limited to preparing for daily passenger load activity and group passenger movements; facilitating a professional passenger gate check; distributing supplies and services to MSP and outstations; providing inter-office delivery service between SCA facilities; assisting with final flight paperwork; and reporting incidents of service or operational irregularities. Primary Responsibilities
Review of latest Security Directives and Lists.
Prepare for daily passenger load activity
Prepare for daily special passenger information
Prepare for daily group passenger movements
Prepare for daily operational, loading, catering and cleaning of SCA aircraft
Facilitate a professional passenger gate check, and sensitive luggage
Facilitate the processing of passengers with special needs
Facilitate Group passengers
Facilitate boarding, turning, and gate procedures for departing aircraft
Facilitate supplies and services to outstations
Facilitate the safe and prompt ramp service activity.
Facilitate departmental mail drop to HDQ.
Facilitate operational supplies for HHH terminal
Fix and or repair wheel chairs at HHH terminal
Assist with final flight paperwork
Assist with Off-Gate deicing
Other special projects as assigned
Reporting incidents of cleaning and catering failures
Reporting incidents of operational service failures
Station Controllable OTP
Must start 40 shifts per quarter to be eligible for flight benefits.

Required Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age with 2 years college.
2 years, airline customer service and ramp experience
Available to work varying shifts.
Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
Capable of routinely lifting 70 pounds
Qualified candidate must pass a criminal history background check
Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines
