Job Description
The Boeing Company is currently seeking 4 experienced Real Time Software Engineers to join the Training Systems & Government Services team in St. Louis, MO.  In this role you will support the F-15SA ATD Program, and be part of a software team that functions as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) responsible for developing the aircraft simulation and system software for F-15 Saudi customer. 

This development includes incorporating the newest F-15 aircraft technologies into high-fidelity integrated simulators to support international customer's Aircrew Training needs. The job covers the complete software development life cycle from requirements analysis through integration, test and sell-off to the customer.

The Boeing Agile Software Process (BASP) will be utilized, so experience with BASP or other Agile implementations is desirable.

Basic Qualifications (Requirements): 
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
  • Proven ability to work well in a group setting and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with C++, C, Ada & FORTRAN are desirable. LINUX experience is desirable.
  • Experience in real-time embedded software development across the entire software development life cycle is preferred.
  • Experience with the F-15 aircraft, weapons, aircraft OFPs, and DIS
  • Experience working as a Software Engineer in an Agile environment
Typical Education/Experience:
Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 5 or more years' experience, Master's degree with 3 or more years' experience or PhD degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
