CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled This recruitment is for a Recruiter/Compensation Analyst. This position will be located in Anchorage, Alaska.
This is a full time, benefit eligible position. Schedule will be based on the needs of the organization with occasional

travel as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum five (5) years of recruiting experience with experience in all scopes of

positions to include entry level to senior placement throughout organizations. Demonstrated technical recruiting

experience. Bachelors Degree in relevant field strongly preferred. Three to five years experience in the analysis,

design and/or administration of compensation programs. Competencies essential to the successful execution of this

role include:  Business Acumen/Relationship Management  Communication/Consultation  Leadership/Navigation  Critical Evaluation  Ethical Practice

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This position will be responsible for the recruitment of a wide spectrum of

positions to include entry level through senior management within the organization. Develop strategies and

programs to attract candidates within a defined budget, meeting the needs of hiring managers throughout the

organization with predetermined hiring criteria. Responsible for screening of candidates, ensuring they meet

minimum qualification guidelines for each role and are able to become a valuable contributor to the team. Build a

strong network of application sources (universities, organizations, trade schools, etc.) to ensure a consistent

qualified pool of candidates for available positions. Work in conjunction with HR and designated team to develop

a compensation and incentive program that is competitive within the industry and throughout the state. Maintain

current data on market trends and industry standards for hiring incentives, pay, benefits, performance initiatives,

and other employee centered statistics. Responsible for attendance at relevant job/career fairs, industry specific

tradeshows with potential for recruitment of various positions, presentations at universities/trade schools/military

retirement offices as well as Ravn sponsored events to ensure maximum exposure. Must be comfortable speaking

in front of all size groups, both internally for Ravn and outside the organization.
