Envoy's Talent Services Department provides recruitment support to various departments in order to hire for a variety of positions system-wide. In this role, the Recruiter will be involved in hiring Airport Agents/Clerks for our Customer Service team. These positions are high volume, entry-level.
The Recruiter maintains direct and frequent contact with hiring managers and candidates; managing these relationships will allow the Recruiter to meet and exceed hiring manager expectations and provide for a positive candidate experience.
The Recruiter will work in a fast-paced environment and must remain responsive to hiring managers and candidates even while traveling. The Recruiter will also serve as back-up to other Recruiters or Coordinators and may be involved in other department projects as needed.
In this role, the Recruiter must be flexible, positive, and enthusiastic. Strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills are essential. Must be able to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team. The ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities and take initiative with little or no direction is critical. This position experiences heavy travel which varies based on recruitment initiatives.
