General responsibilities of the position: Area of Expertise:
The Regional Customer Manager is responsible for fostering P&WC’s relationship with its North American clients by ensuring pre-delivery and after-sale support to helicopter operators and fleet customers which include commercial and technical service management. He acts as the main point of contact for his clients and is charged with representing their interests within the company.
Level of Responsibility:
-Manage a fleet of helicopter customers and operators utilizing a strong cross functional skillset in order to provide best in class service delivery;
-Participate in establishing a commercial aftermarket strategy based on client group and mission type in order to best deliver commercial and technical customer solutions;
-Determine and implement customized management practices for each account through client expertise, needs and requirements.
Specific responsibilities of position: -Manage an assigned region of helicopter accounts and ensure service level expectations are respected;
-Support different projects linked to the Program strategies, and drive service improvements leading to best-in-class support;
-Act as a focal point for internal and external service providers by managing and leading the coordination of engine maintenance events or customer inquiries;
-Support dispute resolutions or escalated issues by interacting and coordinating with P&WC groups that manage day-to-day customer events in order to offer client centric solutions;
-Own, maintain and drive resolution of customer actions and briefing papers for assigned clients as required.
-Support and maintain engine event forecast;
-Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications required: You are recognized as a dynamic bilingual commercial accounts manager within an advanced technical industry such as aerospace;
-You thrive on building and maintaining excellent relationships with major portfolio clients in order to guarantee the highest level of service while respecting contractual obligations and ensuring profitability. -You have a strong business acumen and strategic commercial vision based on a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably with North American clients.
-You are eager to set an innovative foot forward and contribute to the development of new commercial offering strategies.
