The Regional Director is responsible for all aviation activities within the Western Canada region (Manitoba and West). This position supervises all base operations, contract management activities, departments and staff, and has ultimate responsibility for both short and long term business goals and strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides guidance and leadership to all employees within the region and ensures they have the means, ability and tools to fulfill their respective responsibilities.

Contracts: Leads, negotiates, and ensures contract terms are respected by the various parties.

Customer Relationship Management: Interacts with customers and manages the customer relationship. Overall responsibility for ensuring that client service expectations and needs are understood and exceeded. Protects the company’s interests and maximizes opportunity for further business. Maintains an awareness of client perceptions of service delivery and identifies action plans for improvement as required.

Business Development: Working as a member, and in conjunction with the Execaire Senior Leadership Team (SLT), review current business environment against the company strategy in order to identify and develop new business opportunities. Leads the tactical execution of the business development strategies developed for the region.

Employee Relations: Overall responsibility for supervision, accountability and direction of all employees within the region in conjunction with the respective managers and HR

Productivity-Cost Control & Efficiency: Overall responsibility to maximize the level of output of the region by ensuring operating costs are managed.
