What does a Reliability Data Coordinator do for Allegiant?

The role of the Reliability Data Coordinator is to retrieve and compile reliability information obtained from a variety of data sources. The Reliability Data Coordinator will develop and prepare reports for use by the Reliability, Engineering, and Maintenance
departments, as well as 14 CFR 121 FAA reporting.

What are some of the daily duties of a Reliability Data Coordinator?

* Producing RPM, RCB, Morning Mechanical Report and additional reports as required

* Collect, edit and maintain reliability data.
* Data mining utilizing AIS, QlikView, Hyperion, and Reliability database.
* Perform complex data retrieval for ad-hoc requests.
* Review data for errors and work with other departments to correct.
* Special projects as assigned.

What are the minimum requirements to be a Reliability Data Coordinator?

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
* Experience in an airline reliability environment preferred

What other skills, knowledge, and qualifications are needed to be a Reliability Data Coordinator?

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality in a time sensitive environment.

* Experience working with a variety of information systems and data files.
* Ability to create and maintain charts, database files, reports and transform raw data into a finished product.

* Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
* Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986

What are the physical requirements of a Reliability Data Coordinator?

* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
