SAP Business Advisor specializing in controlling and sales & distribution module acting as a liaison between the business teams and the central SAP technical support team. Responsible for:

- Supporting Controlling and Sales & Distribution modules in SAP and/or Project manage Aerostuctures SAP projects. Be able to support the following within each functional Areas:

1. Controlling:

- Project System, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA-Profitability analysis, and related reporting and settelment.

2.Sales and Distrubution

- Sales Orders and Sales Order BOM's; Customer Master; Quotation; Schedule Agreements; Contracts; Deliveries; Shipments; Billing/Invoicing; EDI; Pricing; Master Scheduling; GTS Export; Consignment; Customer Portal; Service Management Orders; Intercompany Sales.

Preferred experience in one of the following functional areas:

1. Inventory management:

- MPS/MRP planning; Inventory Movements (movement types); Inventory Management methods (ROP, Safety stock, Period of Supply, etc); Receiving;Stock Transfer Orders

2. Supply Chain Management

- Purchase Order; Purchase Requisition; Request for Quote; Purchase Info Record; Vendor Master; Quota Arrangements; Pricing Conditions; Scheduling Agreements; SRM; SNC; EDI; Subcontracting; Vendor Returns

Roles & Responsibilities

- Answering day to day SAP inquiries from the business relating to the above functional areas of SAP

- Analyzing gaps in business knowledge, developing and deploying Standard Job Instructions (SJI) on projects being implemented

- Develop test scripts & coordinate Aerostructure business user testing for Controlling,Sales & Distribution modules for all projects assigned

- Knowledge and experience of the SAP system capabilities to identify, drive and implement business and system improvement opportunities; accumulating and prioritizing requirements / bugs with the business

- Act as the SAP liaison for lean events conducted by the business

- Perform proactive research where necessary to recommend the most optimum solution

- create detailed enhancement designs based on the opportunities above, to present and prioritize them

Other responsibilities:

- Project Management experience a plus

- Training Material Development

- Training end users in functional areas supporting.

- SAP configuration and ABAP de-bugging / code reading experience a plus

-Have a customer service mindset

- SAP 4.7 or higher

- US Citizenship or Green Card holder

Qualification:

Required experience in following 2 SAP modules:

1. Controlling

- Project System - be familiar with different types of project , WBS element, networks and related results analysis and settlement process.

- Product Costing - Be familiar with SAP product costing module, Material master related settings, BOM & Routing updates for standard cost calculation and update.

- Profit center Accounting - Master data and transactional data analysis and related reporting.

- Cost Center Accounting - Master data & transactional data analysis, cost center assessment & distribution and related reporting.

- COPA (Profitability analysis)

2. Sales and Distrubution

- Sales Orders and Sales Order BOM's

-Customer Master

- Quotation

- Schedule Agreements

- Contracts

- Deliveries; Shipments

- Billing/Invoicing, EDI

- Pricing

- Master Scheduling
