Utilize the most current and effective techniques in the creation, planning, and distribution of Spirit Airlines flight schedule.
• Flight Schedule: Support construction and revision process of the company’s flight schedules. Review with Spirit team members through a collaborative process that considers operational integrity and profitability. Distribute finalized schedules internally. Represent scheduling at internal meetings. Coordinate aircraft flow for maintenance requirements with maintenance department to assure compliance to maintenance plan for aircraft.
• Schedule Changes: Process schedule changes taking into consideration the least amount of impact to customers and the costs associated with schedule changes. Ensure all new cities are set up in reservation system and all necessary processes completed to sell in reservation system and on spirit.com.
• External schedule reporting and communications: Report slot use to government agencies domestically and internationally. Schedule flight time filings with international governments. Report fleet statistics (RONs, red-eye operations, etc. at maintenance and non-maintenance locations, etc.)
