Job Description

Join the dynamic, energetic, and creative American Airlines AAdvantage team. Lead projects from conception to completion: assess competitive environment, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, develop and present recommendations to senior management.

 

Typical works assignments include managing and/or consulting on strategic endeavors:

  • Support the account management team through financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and strategic guidance
  • Develop and implement campaign performance standards and metrics for all partner promotions
  • Create a system of monthly financial reporting to accurately gauge performance
  • Structure an analytical approach for each partner category to provide financial insights during contract negotiations
  • Develop competitive market assessments, business plans, and boht strategic and tactical marketing programs to support new and existing partners

Job Qualifications

  • Able to think creatively and strategically with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving
  • Proficient at recognizing and prioritizing opportunities as well as managing multiple projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a passion for delivering results
  • Practical experience in accessing data and developing complex economic models
  • Operate within a team environment, across departments and with all levels of management
  • Adept at motivating and developing others
  • PC/MS Office experience is essential
  • Previous work experience in marketing or related fields
  • MBA or MS equivalent required
