Job Description

  • Responsible for development and management of multiple ancillary products throughout their life cycle
  • Develop business requirements and product reference guides which are used to implement products across business groups and IT teams
  • Develop future strategy and road map for features enhancements of products based on competitive analysis and product performance
  • Develop a distribution strategy to expand ancillary product footprint across various channels and markets
  • Support enterprise level initiatives as a merchandising stakeholder
  • Expand and optimize personalized ancillary product offerings across various channels
  • Evaluate existing business rules and recommend changes to improve product revenue & take rates
  • Collaborate with other groups including Revenue Management, Airport Operations, IT, Distribution, Frequent Flyer to ensure the successful implementation and performance of products

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Development/Management with a sound understanding of product life cycle

  • Experience in leading cross functional inter-department projects working with internal and external stakeholder to define business requirements and manage implementation

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple dependencies with a can-do attitude

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to present analyses, findings and strategies to senior leadership

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field a plus
