Responsible to provide timely, relevant and accurate analysis of operational and business data inclusive of NetJets North America, NetJets Europe, NetJets China and Executive Jet Management. Perform business and operational analysis to impact global business results and support Senior Management (C-suite) decision making. Individual is expected to investigate and understand diverse areas of the business and operation (e.g. maintenance, sales, flight operations, aircraft management, labor relations), support Executive leadership initiatives and communicate findings effectively. Analyst expected to work under general supervision and provide leadership and direction on complex and diverse projects.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
60%: Performs analysis of both strategic and tactical business and operational questions working independently with reliance on creative analytical curiosity. Analysis of data involves highly complex business and operational opportunities. Consultatively collaborates with business partners (e.g. IT, FP&A, crew resource planning) to analytically explore business and operational problems, develop reports, track and understand operational issues. Develops reports and creates presentations for Executive leadership exploring business and operational opportunities and recommends solutions.
20%: Collaborate with, mentor, develop and support other analysts
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Course of Study/Major: Applied Math, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field
Related Work Experience: 4-6 years
