Job Description

The Cargo Ops Performance and Policy team is responsible for measurement and reporting of cargo operations. Analyst will be responsible for customs requirements, import/export notifications, messaging, etc. He/she will interact with government agencies for safety, security and the transportation of dangerous goods. They will develop and maintain the policies and procedures related to operations. Analysts will work regularly with all departments within cargo operations, supporting them with critical analysis, performance reporting and insights into business opportunities.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required
  • Strong business/financial analysis abilities and project management skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate complex projects among competing priorities, both within and outside one’s own organization
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across and outside the organization at all levels
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities appropriately in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with great attention to detail
  • May require the ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges​
