Cargo Revenue Management is responsible for revenue performance across the global AA cargo network. The Europe Division team lead will focus on cargo products originating from Europe, Middle-East, India and Africa. The team lead is responsible for providing strategic guidance, focus, and leadership to a team of analysts. He/she should have excellent analytical skills with the ability to dissect market opportunities by responding competitively to market pricing activity and variations in flight performance. The team lead will be instrumental in the implementation of Cargo’s forecasting and optimization tools designed to maximize unit revenue performance. The position also offers the opportunity to work closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategy to identify growth opportunities and create innovative pricing and customer strategies that meet market demand. The team lead will create developmental opportunities for team members, participate in the development of the annual revenue plan, and have the opportunity to present projects and revenue results to senior management.
