Senior CRM Coordinator

The senior CRM coordinator will prioritize, organize, and assign all tasks involved in Transat’s customer relations program. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring performance indicators to ensure that the program runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

* Take stock of all CRM-related needs and distribute the work among the CRM coordinators;

* Coordinate all segmentation tasks;

* Organize the work in compliance with standard processes and assist with optimizing procedures;

* Serve as the main point of contact for projects;

* Help establish the CRM calendar and communications plan;

* Monitor the various performance and reputation indicators to optimize programs and streamline communications;

* Serve as the main point of contact for teams and suppliers from the markets or channels of distribution;

* Help develop the CRM monetization plan;

* Oversee the implementation of the acquisition and database improvement (quality and quantity) plans.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline;

* Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in relationship marketing or e commerce;

* Knowledge of HTML;

* Experience in customer relations and/or CRM;

* Familiarity with Adobe, Neolane, and Salesforce (an asset);

* Ability to analyze and synthesize information;

* Excellent organizational and time management skills;

* Outstanding interpersonal skills;

* Strong leadership skills and ability to rally a team;

* Ability to gain the cooperation of others;

* Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
