Location:  San Francisco, California

 

Cathay Pacific Airways is looking for a dynamic and creative team player to join our Digital team as a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst.

The role will be responsible for growing our inbound marketing channels and manage all key digital marketing initiatives for the airline in the US.

You will be working closely with Marketing, Loyalty, Corporate Communications, Revenue Management and HQ teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Gatekeeper of all content on Cathay Pacific’s USA website
  • Manage and grow the airlines’s email database via effective recruitment and engagement campaigns
  • Assist Digital & eCommerce Manager in developing online marketing segmentation and customer communication strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing team and external vendors to execute integrated campaigns and contests
  • Manage SEM and SEO campaigns to drive traffic to flagship site
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide useful findings to cross-functional teams
  • Generate monthly reports on marketing performance from multiple data sets for executive teams in US & Hong Kong
  • Assist with general marketing activities such as social media postings etc.
  • Represent the airline in managing relationships with 3rd party vendors as needed

 

Qualifications/Experience:

 

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a corporate marketing environment, advertising or PR agency setting necessary (preferably retail/ecommerce)
  • Experience in SEM marketing and email marketing, comfortable with copy writing tasks
  • Possess a positive, team player attitude
  • Ability to take a proactive role in executing assignments
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; strong attention to details is required
  • Strong analytical skills, with emphasis on data analysis
  • Travel/Airline industry experience a plus
  • All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States. No sponsorship for employment visa status is available for this position.
