Delex Systems is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to manage and oversee the technical, administrative, and daily operations of contractor support functions of a U.S. Navy/Air Force aviation weapons acquisitions program. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Senior Program Management Analyst will be required to oversee the supervision of contractor personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Work will be performed at a government site Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. Seeking a team leader supporting a U.S. Government (Navy/Air Force) program office analyzing program level operational requirements and directives, and support the acquisition strategies to meet these requirements, considering the full spectrum of criteria (cost, schedule development/milestones, performance, etc.) Education and Experience Requirements * TS/SCI clearance required. * A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics or physics or a Business Management degree from an accredited four year university or college combined with operational experience. * Minimum of 10 years of technical/business management development/integration experience with Joint Navy and Air Force aircraft, weapons, and/or operations, with 3 of those years occurring within the last three years. Required knowledge and experience on DoD systems engineering requirements, acquisition policies, documentation development, and financial and/or technical requirements and Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS). * Minimum of 3 years of current experience in analyzing and preparing acquisition documentation, and a minimum of 3 years of experience preparing project budgets. Must be proficient in Microsoft Project. Special Knowledge: * Extensive knowledge and capability in aircraft integration activities and design interface requirements. Knowledge of DoD systems engineering requirements and ELINT/INTEL. Direct experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Flag/General officers and Senior Executive Service personnel.
