Title Senior QA Engineer

  • Design, develop and improve automated testing framework and process.
  • Coach and mentor team members to grow their knowledge and skills.
  • Help teams effectively follow QA process including code review, producing documents, reviewing test cases, and participating in troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with development team to ensure that software QA standard is met.
  • Coordinate with product owners and business analysts by analyzing requirement and provide QA perspectives for projects.
  • Design test plan, create test cases and perform testing in various development environments.
  • Help define direction and roadmap of QA team’s projects.
  • Participate in project’s status and release decisions.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, relevant certifications, and professional training programs.
  • 2+ years of hands-on test automation experience
  • 5+ years of professional software Development/QA experience
  • Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with Agile methodology required
  • Experience in leading team and good communication skills required

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with TFS, MS Visual Studio, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML
  • Mobile application testing experience
