Boeing Training Systems and Government Services, located in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a Software Engineer to work in a highly dynamic environment developing an effects-based real-time pilot-in-the-loop simulation for US Air Force F-22 and Virtual Warfare Center (VWC) customers.
The qualified Software Engineer will serve as the F-22 Advanced Simulation Toolset (FAST) Team Lead entrusted with leading product architecture development, system design, implementation of current roadmap functionality, and exploration of future capabilities.
The selected engineer will be a member of a high-performing, collaborative team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, excellent time-management and interpersonal skills. This team uses a lean-agile approach to product development and project management, which includes continuous improvement and opportunities to develop innovative and creative solutions to products and processes.

This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. This particular position REQUIRES A CURRENT SECRET CLEARANCE.
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
