Build and drive effective relationships through solid leadership and program management skills

Establish staffing strategy and own end-to-end recruiting results for a range of recruiting territories within the organization as well as manage recruiting programs that support core recruitment practices

Partner and consult with senior business leaders to design innovative hiring plans that are customized to meet the needs of the division

Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit individual senior or niche candidates and positions requiring multiple placements

Identify, network and establish a plan to maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities

Develop staffing plans in support of annual hiring forecast and diversity goals; manage individual and team performance to established goals; maintains recruiting metrics

Design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs to advance competitive recruitment position

Work collaboratively and consult with all members of HR to drive annual staffing plan forward

Functions as a subject matter expert and trainer for all personnel involved with recruiting practices

Other duties as assigned
