Job Description This position is within the Service Engineering team for the C-32/C-40 program. The successful candidate will work as a service engineer to provide the Air Force customer with in-service engineering support including review of 737/757 aircraft and component service literature for C-32/C-40 Commercial Derivative Aircraft. The successful candidate will also provide configuration management and assist with service literature scheduling for C-32/C-40 aircraft upon receipt of Air Force disposition. The successful candidate will prepare routine communications and presentation material for dissemination to internal and external customers on specific components/limited systems; Collaborate with appropriate suppliers and customers to ensure resolution of issues; Conduct research on simple technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer; Analyze drawings, online data, performance history and other resources to evaluate reported discrepancies; Communicate technical resolutions to customers; Resolve routine in-service concerns identified by customers to maximize operational capability and asset usage; Assist team leaders in overseeing all team activities to ensure that appropriate resources are engaged and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Some travel may be required. No relocation assistance is available.
Working level experience with the MATRIX Service Literature module is a plus.
