Position Description

Responsibilities:
1. Review order information to determine if product can be shipped, method to be used to ship, or if to be held for shipment with additional orders to same customer
2. Ensure customer request are carried out and listed on required shipping documents
3. Prepare commercial invoices, NAFTA, certificate or origin, SLI and other documents as required for shipment.
4. Coordinate shipment with carriers
5. AES filing
6. Generate, print and mail billing invoices
7. Support Customer Service Group as needed
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
9. Observe safety procedures

Position Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Attention to detail a must
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Demonstrated MS Office computer skills
6. Demonstrated Navision, SAP, MRP or other work process software
7. Two or more years’ experience working in a Customer Service Shipping or billing capacity
8. Flexibility with working extra hours or weekends during end of the month
