KBRwyle has a requirement for an experienced software developer to support our operations in Pt. Mugu, CA.
The candidate shall support the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Integrated Project Team (IPT) at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPS) Point Mugu, CA with software development support for the AEA Unique Planning Component (UPC) as part of the Joint Mission Planning System -Maritime (JMPS-M) Framework and the suite of AEA mission planning software components that interface and operate with JMPS-M as applicable to the EA-18G “Growler” electronic attack aircraft.
The successful candidate will be responsible for full life cycle software development and maintenance to include the following tasks: to analyze and decompose new requirements into software requirements; to design, document and trace the software design; to generate, analyze and document the code in accordance with approved coding standards; and to generate and document Unit Test Descriptions for the code. The candidate will support the final software evaluation, test and deployment.
The candidate will participate in review boards, status meetings, and coordinate with internal/external agencies and customers. The candidate shall work within an integrated government/contractor team.
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of experience is required.
Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with Object Oriented Design, C#, .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL required. Experience with Microsoft Office products and working within a team environment is required. Experience with Java, C++, and Visual Basic is highly desired. Experience with JMPS software and electronic war systems is highly desired.
