KBRwyle has a requirement for an experienced software test engineer to support our operations in Pt. Mugu, CA. The candidate shall support the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Integrated Project Team (IPT) at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPS) Point Mugu, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing software requirements, reviewing software design, developing test cases and test procedures, testing software, and documenting software defects. The candidate will support the final software evaluation, test and deployment. The candidate will also be required to participate in review boards, status meetings, and coordinate with internal/external agencies and customers. The candidate shall work within an integrated government/contractor team.
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of experience is required.
Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience in developmental/operational testing, writing test procedures, and working within an Integrated Product Team is required. Experience with DOORS, SQL 2000/2008, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office products is required. Experience with Foundation Server (TFS), Sharepoint, Microsoft Test Professional, Windows 10, Waterfall, Agile, CMMI; Software development experience in VB6 and C# is highly desired.
