This position will support the Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Suite (iTEMS). The successful candidate will be a part of a talented software team that develops and maintains this suite of applications. The successful candidate shall follow organizational standards and procedures for working with customers and documenting issues found during testing as well as communicating these to the team. The primary responsibilities of the candidate include design, development and execution of test plans and procedures to ensure high-availability and performance, and supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies to improve test coverage and test automation. Additional duties may require technical writing support, and/or configuration management support. In addition, the candidate shall be knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (SDLC) and contribute to all phases in support of team objectives. Our diverse team operates in an Agile environment.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Prior experience working in a fast paced Agile Environment
- Experience with Agile software testing methodologies
- US Citizen with existing Department of Defense (DoD) clearance
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior knowledge of the NAVAIR T&E process
- Excellent writing and communication skills
