This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. 

Seeking an Operations Support Systems Engineer (OSSE) to ensure satellite constellation state of health and mission success. Position is nominally day staff but does require periodic on-call support. This position is responsible for providing the engineering interface to operations. Tasks include: Operator training and certification, procedure development and maintenance, ground hardware and software testing, contingency response, mission partner and customer engagement, and project support and leadership.

Qualifications 

Basic Qualifications (Required) 
This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. 

(Pre-Start Employment) must have the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI security clearance, and is contingent on clearance verification and customer concurrence. ** 

Periodic on-call support **


Preferred Qualifications 
Current SSBI with active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. (Note: If you held a security clearance within the last two years, your clearance is considered current/active). 

 

Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 2 or more years' experience or a Master's degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
