The Asset Management Services (AMS) Group is within the UTC Aerospace Systems Central Customer Service organization and provides commercial customers with non-traditional programs to help effectively manage the cost of operating and maintaining their aircraft and engine fleets. This position is a part of the Commercial Spares administration department.
The individual will be assigned customer accounts with responsibility to customers and management to ensure adherence to contractual requirements, delivery schedules and financial objectives. This position entails:
-Management of customer contracts/purchase orders for aftermarket requirements supporting UTC Aerospace Systems products used on commercial aircraft platforms.
-Extensive internal interface with various support organizations within UTC Aerospace Systems.
-Focal point for customer communications regarding spares activity.
-Travel as required to provide direct customer support.
-Some after hours support during nights, weekends and holidays for customer emergencies as required.
Qualification: The individual will need to have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, digest large amounts of data quickly, deal with ambiguity, be decision-oriented, a quick leaner and open minded.
U.S. Person status required.
Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or related field, is required.
MBA degree is a plus.| 1-3 years customer service/contracts experience is desired.
