Responsible for the design of advertising and promotional material, web-based media, brand identity elements and other various marketing assets through the utilization of Adobe software. Also responsible for visual content (includes photos, videos, 360's and Virtual Reality). These diverse assets will be utilized in a wide range of Delta marketing and branding initiatives in all channels worldwide. Produces original, contemporary designs, campaigns, layouts, graphics, logos and illustrations to support marketing communication and branding efforts across Delta's system. Also responsible for the resizing of existing agency-produced assets for both traditional and interactive advertising and/or brand identity efforts and for the modification of existing templates and design standards for discrete initiatives. Responsible for evaluating opportunities to produce world-class designs and content within the Delta environment and the required integration of any external agency partners, particularly the company's brand identity agency.
Core responsibilities include:
Meeting the needs of internal clients through requirements definition, ideation, layout development, copywriting, design and visual content.
Prioritization, coordination and management of multiple projects and initiatives
Publication of project related documentation
Day-to-day oversight, execution, production and transmission of art files/design elements and associated follow-up
Storage, archival and retrieval of existing and newly produced designs and graphical assets
Working closely with Delta's partner photographers, videographers and content creators. Driving creative and ensuring that all visual content adheres to brand and photo guidelines by providing creative input during planning meetings, in pre-visualization sessions, during the photo shoots, and in post-production.
Expert knowledge of Delta's brand and photo guidelines, and updates as brand direction dictates.
Looking for new channels and opportunities to utilize visual content. Co-lead monthly meetings with department managers to educate on existing and upcoming imagery; and to collaborate on new imagery ideas
Travel is limited, but some travel is required.
Presenting final creative to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A Bachelor's degree is required. Expertise in channel management, including social media is required. Must continually stay up to date on new media and make recommendations to team based on findings. Creative direction, art direction, production, and graphic design experience required.

Should have demonstrated evidence of:

High level of expertise in Adobe software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
Should have demonstrated project management skills that include:
Ability to complete specified project tasks independently with direction from project team member(s)
Aptitude for structuring own work and organizing and prioritizing project tasks to meet deadlines
Effective communication (written and verbal) with project team and incorporation of project team input and delivery of high quality output for project tasks
Capability to document work logically, in a timely manner and within proper archival protocol for team/studio access (e.g., correspondence, files, drawings)
Working within budget and time constraints.
