Description
  • Under the direction of the Senior Manager Policy and Procedures (SMPP), works closely with Service Ambassadors to develop the collateral for Flight Attendants on new products and initiatives as well as any changes to current practice.
  • Support the Product Development team on preparation of collateral for current and new initiatives to formulate high level and consistent delivery documents for Flight Attendants.
  • Consult with Product, Catering and Training to ensure the service procedures documented support the division’s needs, align with Standard Operating Procedures and meet Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and regulatory requirements
  • Provide input in administrative collateral that will enhance or support service delivery
  • Provide the Flight Attendants and the training department with up-to-date information on service and procedures collateral
  • Write, maintain/update the service related manuals/guides for the group, ensuring they are clear, concise, up-to-date and without error
  • Issue service related Bulletins and other supplemental documents such as Quick Reference Guides, Plating Guides and Service Booklets as required and directed by the SMPP
  • Work with Product Development, Catering and Communications partners to produce monthly informational updates for Flight Attendants and Inflight Managers.
  • Ensure timely production of all collateral
  • Other tasks as directed by Inflight including weekly Status Reporting to SMPP
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2 years Flight Attendant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in developing engaging presentations and supporting collaterals.
  • Commitment to a high level of service standards, initiatives and personal drive
  • Strong team player with recognized credibility on the line
  • Problem solving ability with a concern for practicality in the operational environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to obtain an AOA badge

Preferred Requirements

  • Hawaiian Airlines Flight Attendant experience
  • The candidate must be proficient and knowledgeable of all classes of service on the various aircraft types and routes flown by Hawaiian Airlines
  • Knowledge of other airline practices
