Editing/Writing/Authoring Airport Operations Policies and Procedures for the library of Airport Operations Manuals
Works closely with FAA, DOD, auditors and other audit personnel and regulatory agencies, as required
Responsible for ad hoc projects to support Airport Operations initiatives
Liaise with other affected divisions as required for program/manual changes
Act as subject matter expert, (SME) in assigned area
Ensure that Airport Operations vendor manuals reflects Company and regulatory policies and procedures
Professional development and other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent experience
2 years of administrative/ professional experience or related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in writing newsletters, bulletins or related
Excellent command of English grammar and diction.
Basic computer skills: MS Office.
Must have strong initiative, be self-motivated with high energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Understanding of interdepartmental relationships and how those affect Airport Operations policies and procedures.
Ability to work effectively with others at all levels
Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
Must be able to work varied hours and travel, as work requires.
Knowledge of DOT/FAA/TSA, as related to the airline.
Working knowledge of Sabre.
