Description
  • Editing/Writing/Authoring Airport Operations Policies and Procedures for the library of Airport Operations Manuals
  • Works closely with FAA, DOD, auditors and other audit personnel and regulatory agencies, as required
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects to support Airport Operations initiatives
  • Liaise with other affected divisions as required for program/manual changes
  • Act as subject matter expert, (SME) in assigned area
  • Ensure that Airport Operations vendor manuals reflects Company and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Professional development and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of administrative/ professional experience or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in writing newsletters, bulletins or related
  • Excellent command of English grammar and diction.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office.
  • Must have strong initiative, be self-motivated with high energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of interdepartmental relationships and how those affect Airport Operations policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively with others at all levels
  • Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Must be able to work varied hours and travel, as work requires.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of DOT/FAA/TSA, as related to the airline.
  • Working knowledge of Sabre.
