* Create high-touch employee experiences that drive community, as well as diversity and inclusion advocacy across multiple social media platforms

* Complete special projects, as assigned and create innovative diversity and inclusion resources for all employees

* Collaborate with and support Inclusion & Diversity team members regarding projects, programs that promote inclusion and diversity initiatives

* Manage collaboration with key stakeholders to update/refresh diversity and inclusion training programs, assess needs and identify just in time solutions

* Coordinate and conduct Inclusion and Diversity training activities system-wide

* Develop and provide training for the Diversity Advisory Council, EBRG National Executive Boards and broader EBRG membership through in-person and online solutions

* Monitor and track all Inclusion and Diversity training events and appropriate required/compliance training completions, partnering with HRIS and Learning Administration teams

* Identify, evaluate, or create and facilitate diversity and inclusion content using multiple media outlets to further both external and internal goals

* Develop processes that ensure inclusion and diversity training initiatives support the business objectives, with focus on all key leadership attributes, business connection and team member engagement

* Research / benchmark diversity and inclusion training and development best practices

* Develop and facilitate awareness sessions / programs that promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, for example EBRG Leader Forums and Inclusion & Diversity overviews

* Work on cross functional teams to support organizational goals

* Facilitate meetings with and present diversity and inclusion content to employees of all levels

* Effectively collaborate with internal and external partners to identify/develop diversity and inclusion content

* Trouble-shoot and resolve any issues related to inclusion and diversity training programs

* Responsible for developing project plans for the Inclusion & Diversity training initiatives

* Lead, coordinate, and manage multiple projects

* Travel required, as well as attendance at evening and weekend events

*This position reports to the People Department.

Job Qualifications

* Strong written, oral, and project management skills

* Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to accomplish goals through motivation and negotiation

* Demonstrated experience with curriculum/training evaluation, program execution and development and excellent facilitation skills required

* Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement / suggest a solution-orientated approach

* Turn ideas into workable plans that support the company’s strategy and department goals

* Knowledge of various communications channels and tools and ability to use to create innovative applications / programs which support current initiatives

* Ability to measure the impact of all initiatives based on various metrics

* Proven digital experience, launching and growing social media initiatives

* Creative and proactive communication skills to move new ideas and enhance company strategic goals as it relates to diversity and inclusion

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management and non-management employees

* Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

* Ability to diagnose symptoms, identify issues, and generate creative solutions

* Intermediate / Advanced skillset with KeySurvey, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Publisher required

* Some experience with HTML / CSS, Teamsite, Adobe Pro helpful

* College degree preferred or relevant work experience

*Movement into a dual position is considered a lateral move unless candidate is below dual level of new position.
