KBRwyle is in need of a Program Lead - Space Systems Cost Estimation to provide Space System technical assessments in support of the cost estimating and program analysis functions of our government customer. The ideal candidate will join a team whose responsibilities will include managing cost and Earned Value analysts (personnel) plus all aspects of cost estimating to include risk analysis, statistical analysis of program cost data, as well as economic analysis of key indicates. The group will also provide parametric cost analysis, data collection and normalization, system architecture trade studies, model development, special studies, as well as technology readiness level analysis. 

Education:  A Master's degree is required.  Degree(s) in Engineering, Math, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Science or Operations Research are highly desired. 

Experience:  Selected candidate is required to have at least fifteen (15) years of industry/skill set experience. Candidate must possess recent experience in performing system engineering trade studies, system analysis, architecture studies, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, CERs development, and experience with cost estimating tools and model development.  Candidate must have recent (within 1 year) program management experience.  Eight years of team lead/management experience is desired. The eight years team lead/management experience may be concurrent with the cost experience. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Candidate will also be called upon for knowledge in cost and technical data collection, cost risk analysis, and/or earned value management. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Skills with cost estimating tools such as SEER/SEM, PRICE, @Risk are a plus.

Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  A Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the past five years is required in addition to a current CI Polygraph.
