American Airlines, Inc. has multiple openings for Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to perform the following duties: Responsible for leading diverse IT Infrastructure efforts interfacing with multiple vendors, delivery teams, business units, managed service providers, and IT representatives. Administer changes using GA and Database query development (SQL & Oracle). Provide production support of software application, and integrate SIP methodologies into strategy development. Develop and administer quality reviews of processes and tools to support standard offer. Review the performance monitoring of the respective environments, determine opportunities to refine the configuration of a component, and determine new resource and capacity requirements. Design, develop, document, and implement standard, integrated call handling processes. Develop concise and clear technical specifications based on analysis of complex business requirements. Collaborate with infrastructure technology and management to define and document strategies and standard processes. Perform problem diagnostics to determine the root cause of an issue. Develop and maintain usable standard repository. Contribute effectively at many different points in a project life cycle.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronic engineering, or related field, plus three years of experience in job offered or using Genesys product suite, plus demonstrated experience in: Genesys Survey Solutions (Voice Of the Customers), Integration between Genesys and SAP cloud platform through Genesys G+ Adapter and Covington Adapter, Bria4 Softphone, Virtual Hold Technology (VHT), Integration between Genesys with third party WFM applications (Aspect eWFM, IEX TotalView, or Verint), Administration of GSD (Genesys Supervisor Desktop), Proactive Outbound dialing, Developing call routing scripts using database custom queries and stored procedures, Oracle Communications Operations Monitor, RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Custom CCPuslse Stats and views, Microsoft Internet Information Services(IIS), NICE VoIP Call, Recording, Using Genesys 7.6 (or greater) routing tools (URS, IRD, GA, CME, and Composer), Developing Genesys applications in transaction routing or business process improvements environments according to Agile development methodologies, Developing enterprise client server applications, including database design and development within Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server environments, Genesys software deployment, Design and development in a SIP environment, Large/Multi-center contact center load balancing, Web services configuration. A bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience will be accepted in the alternative.
Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F.
