The Strategic Missile & Information Systems Parts Materials & Processes (PM&P) team is a Specialty Engineering function which provides expertise in EEE, mechanical, metallic and non-metallic parts, materials and related processes as well as survivability. The PM&P team is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Staff Analyst to coordinate work flows between our government customer and multiple internal and external customers.
Some specific responsibilities of the position include:
• Running weekly working meetings with our government customer and suppliers.
• Maintain weekly metric charts in Excel and be able to extract data at request of customers and program managers.
• Establish work flows and process work in and out of the team while recording meeting minutes.
• Strong Communication and Team Building skills are required
• Competencies include: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Acrobat, and Access.

Qualifications
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Required skills:

Applicant must be highly detail oriented in analyzing data from multiple sources.
*
Experience in Excel and using formulas to manipulate data to customer requests required.
*
Daily maintenance of team performance metrics in Excel as work comes in and out of the group.
*
Must be able to effectively lead meetings with both customer and suppliers while simultaneously recording minutes and inputs from stakeholders.
*
Applicants need to be able to follow established processes but also be able to understand when processes are in need of change and be willing to champion changes consistent with organizational goals.
