Job Description

Responsible for timely and accurate entry of Payroll Transaction Records (PTRs) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) indicative data changes (e.g., address changes, creation of surviving spouse records). Responsible for monitoring process workflow between AA and third-party providers related to death and retirement processing. Responsible for handling calls and emails from customers.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
  • PC skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous SHARP/Auto PTR experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze, audit, and take corrective action on own initiative and work well under pressure with efficiency and attention to details.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Must be able to accept ownership, responsibility, and accountability of functional obligations and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to interpret and administer policy.
  • Overtime as required.​
