The primary responsibility of Customer Service Agents is to provide friendly, courteous service to Sun Country Airlines passengers as it relates to ticketing, boarding, deplaning and other aspects of terminal operations. Station Agents work at MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey) in a variety of shifts. Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with accuracy
Available to work a designated shift averaging 30-40 hours per week (including weekends and holidays).
Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
Capable of routinely lifting 75 pounds
Ability to attend 80 hours of paid training
Ability to meet all airport identification badge requirements (including a U.S. Customs seal) within 30 days of employment
Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines
Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check
Training and Compensation: Training is conducted in Minnesota at our Mendota Heights, MN corporate offices and MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey). Trainees will be evaluated through written and computer-based exams. A score of 80% (first attempt) or 90% (second attempt) is required to pass the exams and continue employment.
