Orientation every Monday.  M.R.O. Experience. . We also need Regional Jet Experience
737, 737NG, 700 NG, MD 80, CRJ & ERJ. Must have your own tools, good transportation, pass all F.A.A. requirements. Be legal to work in the United States. .
$200 Bonus after 40 hours on the floor. Then $100.00 every 60 days thereafter
Contractors will be treated the same as a direct employee. They will have full access to AAR onsite Medical Clinic.  Brand new onsite Gym free of charge offering: Fitness classes and a boxing room Massages twice a week for a small fee
Offer all Gen Fams
They are invited to participate in all company employee related functions and activities. They will consider resumes that might not have the exact aircraft, it should contains detailed information to show their abilities  If it is slow they will make sure that a contractor gets 40 hrs.  At the present and as far as they can see contractors will be working 50-60 hours a week and if their crew is slow they more then likely be shifted to another crew to obtain overtime. Project Manager meet Mon to Friday to review resumes. What might not be the exact fit for one project may work for another project. So resumes will get passed around from one Project Manager to another. At the moment they have more work then they can handle and more scheduled. But they know that they desperately need contract labor to do it. They want as much feedback as we can provide, if there is something negative they want to know about so they can make changes if justified. They would like contractors to stay for years to come. Opportunities to Obtain Fam Courses and take copies of your training records.
