Ensure adequate levels of training and qualifications are provided to Inspectors to enable work to the highest standards
Responsible for providing and maintaining required tooling and equipment to perform inspection requirements
Provide inspector override and technical conflict resolution
Provide technology assessment for work requirements
Required Inspection Item (RII) determination
Aircraft and Powerplant (A&P) license required
1 year inspection experience
5 year’s experience, 10 years preferred on FAR 121 aircraft
3 years supervision of Maintenance
Familiar with aircraft inspection programs and MSG-3 aircraft maintenance program development philosophies
Familiar with Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) techniques
Able to work with Word and Excel documents
Able to develop and administer budget for a department
Able to possess a Driver’s license
Familiar with Federal Aviation Regulations
Willing to travel
Able to possess a AOA badge
