Summary/Objective: The Supply Chain Analyst reports directly to the Inventory Planning and Sourcing Manager, but assists throughout the department with compilation and analysis to provide metrics and KPI’s to assist managers in all aspects of the operation monitor and improve all aspects of their respective operations. The position is actively engaged to assist in inventory validation, spares levels modelling, initial provisioning analysis and other roles as the need may arise.

Serves as the Mxi implementation liaison and subject matter expert for the department.
Develops and maintains KPI’s and dashboards for senior level review and daily action by department Director and Management team.
Maintains a vendor scorecard database for ready access and review with key vendors.
Generates cost containment/cost avoidance analysis for top 100 cost drivers quarterly.
Assists with warranty capture metrics as required.
Works with the Inventory Planning and Sourcing Manager in conjunction with Finance and the Budget Manager to compile budgetary information relative to future provisioning.
Publishes cycle count completion and inventory adjustment data to ensure that PSA maintains visibility regarding inventory valuation. Also, identifies recurrent patterns to manage human errors related to picking, issuing and transferring of parts.
Analyzes in conjunction with stakeholders the “zero mover” stock and the action plan to return or sell surplus where applicable.
Participates with the inventory analyst in cycle count validation as needed.
Other projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position.
Work Environment: This job operates approximately 80% of the time inside a climate controlled building and approximately 20% of the time outside in all types of weather. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.

On rare occasions may be required to crawl, use fine manipulations, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with an expectation of occasional evening and weekend hours as job duties demand.
Travel: Some travel will be expected with this position.
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Aviation Management and three years of related experience required. ISM/APICS, A&P Certifications are a plus. Valid driver’s license. Ability to speak/read/write in English. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs. Strong Excel skills required in this role.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Must be able to obtain airport SIDA badging.
