Manages and coordinates all manufacturing and production efforts within HAECO Airframe Services ("HAECO") Support Services including Composites, Paint, Machine, Welding, Hydraulic and Sheetmetal.



  1. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Support Services group including Composites, Paint, Sheetmetal, Machine, Hydraulic, and Welding  to ensure the highest level of efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery is maintained at all times.
  2. Develop processes, procedures and tooling to support HAECO production requirements.
  3. Coordinate and schedule the necessary personnel and shop resources, ensure personnel utilization is maximized to meet the requirements of the aircraft cycle times.
  4. Implement and sustain HAECO Support Services continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Set department objectives, assign projects, and evaluate work for content  with FAA, customer, and HAECO  requirements.
  6. Maintain knowledge and familiarity of FARs, PMAs, STCs, ADs, and related regulatory processes and systems.
  7. Maintain internal policies and procedures, monitor effectiveness, and make recommendations for their improvement.
  8. Interview, select, evaluate and discipline department employees according to HAECO policies and procedures.
  9. Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and other outside agencies to promote and support HAECO business interests.
  10. Provide support to Sales in developing customer proposals/quotes, and lead times.
  11. Prepare and implementing department operating and capital budgets.
  12. Provide financial analysis for profit and loss (P&L) of the production functions.



  1. Associates Degree in Technical or related scientific field, or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum 10 years aerospace or related industry experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing/production/maintenance environment.
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role.
  4. Must possess good oral, written, and organizational skills.
  5. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  6. Able to accurately read and interpret aircraft technical documents
  7. Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally. 5%
