The System Policies and Procedures Specialist I is responsible for developing, assessing and communicating all policies, procedures, and process improvements impacting station employees and Frontier customers. This position works under the direction of the Manager, System Policies and Procedures.

·         Write documentation to support new and existing company initiatives and new products for stations

·         Research DIA, station and company-wide implications

·         Work with affected areas to ensure all requirements are met

·         Develop new corporate policies and/or procedures related to customer service, ramp, baggage service, aircraft appearance, tower operations, Hazmat, and cargo functions

·         Revise existing corporate policies and/or procedures related to customer service, ramp, baggage service, aircraft appearance, tower operations, Hazmat, and cargo functions

·         Update and maintain reference materials, as appropriate (e.g., CSM, GSM, SAM, Baggage Service Manual, Hazmat Manual, Cargo Manual, FOCUS, frontierairlines.com, Contract of Carriage, Customer Care Commitment, etc.)

·         Ensure all initiatives and new products for stations are FAR/CFR, DOT, TSA, Customer Care Commitment and Contract of Carriage compliant

·         Develop and maintain credible working relationships with inter-departmental contacts

·         Ensure affected areas are included in policy and procedure development

·         Create communication documents to ensure all affected areas understand the new company initiative or product

·         Conduct briefing sessions to ensure affected area training departments understand the product / policy / procedure and are able to integrate it into training materials

·         Respond accordingly to calls from sources within the company of a technical nature relating to company policy or procedures, and Sabre Graphic User Interface (GUI) technical functionality

·         Research policy and procedure issues, and provide resolution when necessary

·         Review interdepartmental documents per Document Control Process (DCP)

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor or Associates degree or equivalent work experience

·         Two years airline experience; preferably airport customer service, ground service and/or an operational role

·         Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·         Airline computer experience required, Sabre GUI experience preferred
